Jesse

Jesse Brooks, whose father played folk music with the Carpenters and John Denver, began his professional DJ career in 1993 as part of the Los Angeles-based Fresh Produce crew, drawing on wide-ranging influences from punk, ska, hip hop, and reggae. A regular at Joy and the Troubadour, he's played up and down the West Coast and internationally in Canada, Malaysia, and Peru, sharing bills with Mark Lewis, Carl Cox, DJ Dan, Christopher Lawrence, Rabbit in the Moon, and Josh Wink.
