Noel Stiers co-founded Phunckateck Communications in 1996 with fellow San Francisco native UFO! (Edwin Garro), a collective of drum and bass producers and DJs based mostly in San Francisco and Los Angeles that has since grown to include more than 20 associates across the US and abroad.
