Kenny Glasgow

Kenny Glasgow got his start as a promoter, throwing illicit warehouse parties in his native Toronto before becoming a resident at the acid house club The Buzz and later the Industry Nightclub, building a cult following dating back to the early 1990s. His debut solo album, A Taste of the Low Life, a dark, gritty fusion of electronic styles, came out on No.19 Music, alongside a run of EPs on labels including Jinx, Roger Sanchez's Narcotic, and Family Recordings.

He also recorded as part of Method Men and Unabomber with musical partner Mario J, and remixed for labels including Strictly Rhythm and Azuli. Known for his emotive, gravelly vocal style, he spent five years as half of the acclaimed duo Art Department with Jonny White, touring internationally, headlining major festivals, and releasing influential full-length albums, before returning to a solo career and launching the label Social Experiment with White.
