Biography
Charles Uzzell-Edwards, known as the street artist Pure Evil, is the son of painter John Uzzell Edwards. In the early 1990s he designed for Anarchic Adjustment with Alan Brown and Nick Philip and released electronic ambient music on Pete Namlook's FAX label, including "Supergroup" with Thomas Bullock and collaborations with Namlook and Tetsu Inoue. He now runs the Pure Evil Gallery in London's Shoreditch.
